Free Shipping is our service and commitment
If you wish to receive your package by the fastest way, which may cost you extra. Please contact us in advance with your request before you purchase, otherwise we will send your item by free shipping method by default.
How long does delivery take?
5-7 business days.
( excluding busy logistic seasons, such as Black Friday, Christmas, etc.)
What countries do you ship to?
All countries in Europe.
All countries in North America.
The vast majority of countries in Asia.
How will my delivery be shipped?
Your Products will be shipped by air from Plutoray’s factories in China to your country and then hand over to your local logistics company for delivery, which could be the Postal Service, or UPS, Fedex, DHL Courier Company, or a similar courier company.
Some items will also be mailed out at Plutoray’s company in Canada.
I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

Refund Policy
Thanks for purchasing our products at plutoray.com operated by Plutoray.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
We also provide a lifelong exchange policy for quality issues.
